The company is young. The operator less so. A short version of who I am, what I do, and why I do it this way.
That obsession with clarity is what eventually made me change course. Over time I found that my real work sat at the intersection of strategy, creativity and experience. I started as a consultant and trainer for some of the most relevant automotive brands in Mexico, helping teams understand their products more deeply, connect with their customers, and sell with intent. That's where I learned how brands actually think from the inside, and how they get built through experience rather than declared from a deck.
Later I took over as CEO of Jackson Dawson LATAM, a creative firm headquartered in the United States. Over seven years I led the regional business to five times growth, brought in new clients, and delivered projects for companies on the Forbes and Fortune rankings. It was the period that consolidated my view on strategy, creativity, and execution at scale.
Today I'm based in Madrid, where I founded KØS, a creative and innovation studio that helps brands define what comes next rather than just adapt to what's current. In parallel I launched Alpco Industrial Europe, active across EMEA in pressure vessels and process equipment manufactured to international standards. I also founded Ferveon, focused on ground-segment infrastructure and systems for launch platforms in the aerospace sector.
Along the way I've written eight books in ten years, covering territory from creativity and hospitality to the lives of Jean-Michel Basquiat and Yayoi Kusama. I'm also a professor at Universidad Anahuac, teaching inside the Alta Dirección program, where I work with executive profiles on commercial strategy, consultative selling, and negotiation.
My work has moved me across Mexico, the United States, Latin America and China, with multicultural teams and demanding environments. The clients I've worked with sit on the Forbes and Fortune rankings, which raises the standard on everything. A precise approach. Strategic thinking. Execution where nothing is left to chance.
I don't work to fulfill briefs. I work to meet the standard of what those companies represent.
Today my work centers on one clear idea: designing direction. Helping brands, teams and projects find clarity in the noise and turn that clarity into real action.
