§ 01  /  Ventures

I advise because I operate.

Three ventures in three unrelated disciplines: a creative studio and publishing imprint, industrial process equipment certified to European standards, and aerospace ground-segment infrastructure. Nothing in common except an operator who believes strategy without execution is theatre.

KØS

Creative and innovation studio, with a publishing imprint

KØS is where ideas test themselves. The studio helps brands define what comes next rather than just adapt to what's current, and the imprint houses the books, essays, and long-form projects that don't belong inside client work.

The catalogue currently spans eight titles in ten years, including Punctuate Infinity: The Life and Light of Yayoi Kusama (2026) and Crown The Noise: The Life and Chaos of Jean-Michel Basquiat (2025). Treating publishing as a discipline teaches things that client work doesn't: how narrative carries, how format shapes reception, how attention has to be earned structurally rather than bought.

Alpco Industrial

Industrial process equipment for the European market, active across EMEA

Alpco Industrial EU designs and supplies pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and filtration systems for the European industrial market. The company operates at the intersection of European regulatory standards (PED, CE, EN 10204 3.1) and specialised manufacturing partnerships across the EU and beyond.

Alpco exists to serve a specific gap: serious industrial buyers in Europe who need reliable, certified process equipment without the lead times or rigidity of incumbent suppliers.

Ferveon

Ground-segment infrastructure and systems for launch platforms

Ferveon develops solutions for the aerospace sector, particularly infrastructure and systems for launch platforms. While most attention and capital in European space goes to vehicles and propulsion, the ground-segment infrastructure that makes launches and engine testing possible is underserved, underinvested, and increasingly the constraint.

Ferveon operates in that gap. The company positions itself as a European answer to a historically American problem: how the ground layer of spaceflight is specified, engineered, and delivered.
