The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services offered, and not to use them for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order, morality, or the applicable legal framework.

Privacy Policy

Data collected and purposes
We process only the data that the user actively provides or that is generated automatically during browsing:
- Contact and enquiries: name, email address, and message. Purpose: to handle the request received and maintain business communication. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, where applicable, performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Newsletter subscription: email address. Purpose: to send commercial and editorial communications from KØS. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). The user may withdraw consent at any time.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site, collected through Google Analytics 4. Purpose: statistical analysis of website traffic. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) given through the cookie management panel.
Data retention
Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable legal prescription. Subscription data is retained for as long as the user does not withdraw consent. Browsing data is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics (14 months by default).
Recipients and international transfers
We do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law or when necessary for the provision of the service. Processors we work with are bound by contracts that guarantee GDPR compliance.
